The Farm · Community Standard
THE STANDARD.
You don't need a rank. You don't need a team. You don't need a competitive resume or a hundred hours logged or any proof that you're serious enough to be here.
You just need to love this.
The Farm is built for players who do — wherever they are in the game, whatever they're here for. Whether you're chasing a rank, looking for people who care about gaming the way you do, or just trying to find a place that finally feels like yours. You don't have to earn your spot. You just have to show up the same way everyone else does.
That's where the standard comes in. And it's the reason this place feels different.
The Farm holds one standard for everyone who walks through the door. Not a skill standard. A commitment standard. How you compete. How you treat the people next to you. How you represent the community you're part of. That standard is the same for your first session and your hundredth. It's the same whether you're here to go pro or here to get better. It doesn't care where you started. It only cares how you show up.
What this place is.
The Farm is a community built on a shared love for gaming. Every kind of player. Every level. Every reason for being here.
What holds it together is not skill. It's not rank or hours played or how long you've been part of it. What holds it together is how everyone — players, members, staff, and founders — chooses to show up.
That choice has a name. We call it the standard.
What the standard asks of you.
Dignity. Respect. Integrity. Class.
Whether you're here to compete or here to connect, the standard is the same.
In how you treat the person next to you. In how you speak to people — in the venue, in voice comms, in chat, in every space where you're part of this community. In how you handle yourself when things go your way, and how you handle yourself when they don't.
Win with class. Lose the same way.
There are players here at every level. Some are just finding their footing. The way you treat them — the patience you extend, the space you make — is part of what the standard asks. Someone was once where they are. Act like you remember.
Be honest. Play the game straight.
Be the reason someone comes back.
If your conduct — here or anywhere you're known as part of The Farm — contradicts these values, we will address it.
What happens when it's broken.
These rules exist because this community is worth protecting. Every person here — the competitor, the casual player, the one who's been here since the beginning and the one who walked in yesterday — deserves an environment that reflects these values.
Cheating in a match is a lifetime ban. No warning. No appeal. No exception.
Outside of that, every situation is reviewed personally. The response fits the offense. No two cases are identical and we don't treat them that way.
If you believe a decision about your membership was made in error, you have the right to appeal. We will review it. We will communicate our decision. We do not act without accountability.
What we hold ourselves to.
The standard applies to us first.
Every person who walks through this door gets the same environment. No one receives a pass based on rank, tenure, level of play, or how long they have been here. If the standard is not consistent, it is nothing.
When we act on a violation, we will say so. When we make a decision, we will stand behind it.
A player who comes through The Farm knows how to compete, how to connect, how to conduct themselves, and how to make the people around them better. That's what we build. And what gets built here doesn't stay in the game. The discipline, the accountability, the ability to perform under pressure and hold a standard when it's hard — those don't retire when the game does. They follow you into every room you walk into after this one.
We built The Farm because players have always deserved more than they were given. This community is part of what that looks like.
Every level. One standard.
