Everything being given away
13 ITEMS. ONE CARD ENTERS YOU FOR ALL OF THEM.
- —A prize for every tournament title — six in all, listed with the tournaments below.
- —5 hourly giveaways at 10, 11, 12, 1 and 2. Items announced soon.
- —How to enter: redeem the tickets on your Circuit card as you earn them, write your Circuit ID on each one, and drop it in the drum for the draw you want. Every drum is emptied after its draw, so a ticket counts once. Last call 2:20.
- —Be present to win. If a winner isn't there, the ticket is redrawn.
The whole day, on one clock.
9:00 – 3:00Four titles are live at any moment, and Trackmania also runs on any station whose queue empties. Workshops run at 9:15, 9:45 and 10:15. Redeem tickets as you earn them, last call 2:20; the GPU and the monitor are drawn at 2:30.
The tournaments
YOU CAN'T GET KNOCKED OUT
Most local tournaments are a bracket. You lose twice, you drive home, your Sunday is over by eleven.
Every station here runs King of the Hill instead. Winner stays, next in line steps up. Lose, and tell the volunteer you want back in: you're added to the end of the line.
Losing isn't elimination.
It's a place in line.
The prize goes to the most wins by the end of the day, not the longest streak. Losing early costs you nothing but the wait.
Five in a row and you're CROWNED. Name on the board, announced, and you leave the hill. Ask to be added again and you can do it again.
Six titles, four running at once. Most wins in a title takes its prize.
Every title you play is worth 2 tickets, win or lose. You don't have to be good at any of them. You just have to sit down.
Formats shorten if a queue gets deep. We'd rather you play more matches than wait through longer ones.
Win Modern Warfare 4
before it's out.
Most Call of Duty wins takes the pre-order code home. It unlocks Friday the 23rd, while everyone else is still deciding on the seventy dollars.
Questions
QUESTIONS
“I’m not good enough for a tournament.”
There is no bracket, no seeding, and nobody gets sent home. Lose your first match and you are back in the queue playing again a couple of minutes later. The worst thing that happens to you on Sunday is that you played a lot of games on someone else’s hardware for free.
“I don’t have a team.”
Every title is 1v1. Show up alone. Most people will be.
“I only play one of these games.”
Then play one. The card rewards breadth, it doesn’t require it. Camp your title all day, stack wins, take the crown.
“I don’t have a PC I can bring.”
Don’t bring one. Stations, peripherals and games are all provided — monitor, mouse, keyboard, headset, chair. Bring your own mouse, keyboard or controller if you’re particular about them and plug it in.
“What if I drive out there and it’s dead?”
Four titles are live from 9:20, Smash runs continuously all day, and if a queue empties we switch that station to Trackmania rather than leave it dark. The rest of the building isn’t ours either — Flying Phoenix is running retail, free PC cleanings and a giveaway every hour on the hour whether thirty people show up or three hundred. You are not betting your Sunday on our turnout.
Can I bring my PC for a cleaning?
Yes, and it is free. Drop it off any time on the 18th. Cleanings run 10:30 – 11:30: the first 25 PCs are cleaned the same day, and you can pick yours up when it is done or any time before 3:00. Flying Phoenix contacts you to pick up the rest the next day. No limit per person.
How do the raffle tickets work?
A volunteer marks your card each time you play a title or do a task. Each title is worth 2 tickets, and playing all six adds 6 more plus the CIRCUIT FINISHER role in our Discord. Around PC Fest: show up 1, visit Cooler Master 1, buy food or drink 1, the survey 4, follow @TheFarmGG on Instagram 2, join our Discord 2, follow Flying Phoenix 2 and visit the racing sim 1. That is 32 on the card, plus 1 if you registered ahead and check in before 11:00. Take the card to the ticket table, or flag a floater in an orange shirt, and they hand you the tickets. Write your Circuit ID on each ticket and drop it in the drum for the draw you want. Every drum is emptied after its draw, so each ticket counts once: spend some on the hourly draws or save them for the GPU and the monitor at 2:30. Last call 2:20, and you must be present to win.
Can I bring my kids?
Yes. PC Fest is family-friendly. Kids under 13 are welcome with a parent. The parent registers with their own details, here or at the door, and the child plays on that card.
Is there food?
Yes. Bailey's Kitchen is serving wings, tenders, loaded fries, nachos, mac and cheese and lemonades.
Do I have to register?
No. PC Fest is free and there is a sign-up desk at the door. Registering ahead means you skip that desk, your Circuit ID is lower, you get an extra raffle ticket if you are in before 11:00, and you get the Foundry closed beta. Walk-up or registered, your card enters you in Flying Phoenix's hourly giveaways, their grand prize, and our Alienware monitor raffle. It takes about thirty seconds now and saves you a line on Sunday.
How much do I actually get to play?
Honestly: it depends on the queue. This is not a rented PC for five hours — you play a match, and if you lose you ask to be added to the end of the line again. Expect somewhere around fifteen to twenty-five matches across the day if you keep moving between titles, and more than that if a station is quiet. Trackmania is the release valve: any station whose queue empties flips to it, so there is almost always something open.
Can I come if I do not want to play?
Yes. Register and pick "Just PC Fest". Your card still enters you in Flying Phoenix's hourly giveaways, their grand prize, and our Alienware monitor raffle, and Cooler Master, food, the survey and the Discord all earn tickets, so somebody who never touches a keyboard can still fill a card.
Is it actually free?
Yes. Free to get in, free to play and free to compete for every prize, and PC cleanings are free too. You never have to buy anything.
Do I have to stay all day?
No. Doors are 9:00 to 3:00 and you can come and go. You do need to be there for any draw you want to win, and Title King goes to whoever has the most total wins, so time on station is the whole game. If you want a crown, come early.
Can I show up late?
Yes, but the headliners are weighted to the afternoon on purpose. Fortnite and Rocket League open at 9:20. Call of Duty and CS2 start at 11:15. Fortnite comes back at 12:30. Smash runs from 9:15 until 1:45.
I’m under 18. Can I play?
Yes, if you are 13 or older. Register any time and we email your parent or guardian the photo release right away. You play either way: the release only covers photos and video. Under 13? A parent registers with their own details and you play on their card.
What happens to my email?
Your Circuit ID, the schedule, one reminder the night before, and results afterward. After that it is updates on the Tempe venue and the coaching platform. If you leave the marketing box ticked at sign-up, Flying Phoenix can email you about their own events and products too — untick it and they cannot. We never sell your details to anyone, and one click unsubscribes either of us.
